great September 1, 2008 T. Perez (Greeley, Co) Love this little product! It keeps my shuffle clean and dry, plus it adds a little bit of a shock protection if i drop it or something. Only down fall-I have to take the skin off to connect to my usb charger, it can be a pain esp. if I am in a hurry.
A+++ product January 27, 2008 Flmarlinsrule (USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought the white case for my shuffle. It's a great, non bulky way to keep your shuffle scratch free. I bought the white so I could see my ipod's color... This is a 2nd generation case, but it also fits 3rd generation shuffles. All around great case.
JUST WHAT I NEEDED! January 20, 2008 CCags829 (New York, NY USA) I bought two of these, one for my shuffle and one for my mom's. I have a silver 2nd Gen shuffle, and I love it, but I dropped it on a sidewalk in NYC during the first few weeks I had it, and it took a beating. But once I got this little tiny silicone cover, I felt like my shuffle was adequately protected. The colors are great and it really does a great job protecting my little shuffle. Of course, I have to remove the skin before putting my shuffle onto its charging dock, and it just takes some gentle handling to take it off and put it back on. People gave this product lackluster reviews because of its "flimsy" nature, but c'mon... it's a tiny postage-sized piece of silicone. Obviously you can't bear-claw this thing, but it's a great investment if you're looking to keep your shuffle safe. I also find that by nature, the silicone is a lot better than plastic or just the iPod's metal case on its own since it's easier to grip and it doesn't seem to look like it's worn out.
questionable November 1, 2007 C. Zick the case is a little tricky to get on and off. Everytime i put it on or take it off I think im gonna break the two flimsy pieces that connect behind the clip. Its cheap and you get what you pay for.
IPOD Shuffle 2nd Gen Skin October 14, 2007 T. Percy (Stavanger, Norway) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
3-1/2 stars. The skin looks great and serves its purpose to protect the IPOD, while still allowing you to operate the controls without looking. The biggest drawback is that you have to take the skin off to connect the IPOD to its docking station/charger. Once you get the hang of it, it's fairly easy to peel the skin off and replace it. However, it adds about a minute to docking/undocking and may not stand up to repeated wear over time.
