I bought this to listen to my MP3 player in my '98 Chevy Blazer. The speakers were broken in my first one when I received it. I got a free replacement shortly after and after a few months, the power supply stopped working. You had to have the plug positioned in a certain way to get it to work. I taped it in place and was still having problems. The system was secured in the car so it wasn't being bounced around. It's cheap plastic inside and out. Not real speakers! I went to wal-mart and bought real speakers with an adapter for the car for $15. A much better option.
