I ordered the silver metal case. It looks great and really protects my phone, but it is very hard to open when I need to use my phone's keyboard. I would imagine someone with poor dexterity having a hard time trying to open it. Also, the plastic window scratches easily, and the hinge pins started to slide out after just three days. The belt clip is a joke. Despite all this, I have gotten compliments on its appearance and because of the lightly padded interior I don't have to freak out if I drop it, so I give it three stars.

The case is very nice. Offers good protection for my Treo. The belt clip broke in the first week, or it would have 5 stars. I work in construction and my Treo is clean and scratch free.

The Good. It's quite pretty (I like black and glass) and very durable. The clip is very secure and the screw fits into it tightly. I doubt if it will loosen like the Javo case that I currently own. The Bad. I had to take it out of the shell for a lot of operations as I just did not like operating it with the door open (it felt very uncomfortable). The worst part is that you've got to pay attention to the screw as mine worked itself loose after just four days of use. The company has sent me a replacement screw and they also let me know that they will accept the return of the case if I don't like it after I receive the screw

I searched high and low for a case like this: offers the same protection as my previous Palm Tungsten E aluminium case, but would allow me access to the phone component. It may be a little hardcore for some who are less accident prone or carry thier treo in a brief case, but with this case I feel comfortable throwing my treo in my bag and scootin'!

This case fits my Treo 680 perfectly. I am pretty klutzy and drop my phone often. I had a similar one for my Treo 600 and the fact that I had that phone for so long is a testament to the metal case.
This case is an improvement on my previous one with the sturdy see-through panel for the screen. I can now do a bunch without having to open it. (The one thing I really miss when it's closed is the option key.)
It's probably heavier than most other cases, but still relatively light for the amount of protection it provides.
