This phone isn't what I expected it to be. The touch screen began to get really annoying after a while because I kept having to pull out its pen all the time. Buttons are really small so you cant really use your fingers. Takes a really long time to respond to the 4 press buttons (end, answer, web, etc.). It is not worth what you pay for. On the plus side, its got some cool features like real player and card picture. But overall, it might hit the OK mark if you like touch screen phones.

This is one of the best phones I have ever come across. Its small and easy to carry in your pocket while having tons of useful functions.
The PDA function is very useful and easy to insert dialog into.
It doesn't come with a lot of memory, but an easy (and cheap) update of a 2GB memory card makes it a useful MP3 player.
The only real problem I have come across is that it is near impossible to find a good case for it. Like I said, it easily fits in your pocket but you may want to get a case to protect the LCD screen. Cases are very hard to come across due to its shape. Other than that, this phone would rate a "5".

I didnt recive this item in the mail. Amazon did reimburse me for the $ that I paid I was disappointed that I didnt get it but I dont blame the merchant I blame the mailman who probly delivered it to the wrong address. : (

i just opened the box, and staring at me is a beautiful Rokr e6... but... what's this?? where's the battery case? it's supposed to come with one... right?? Yes, as a matter of fact... it is... but... where's mine? i'll update again after the company decides to answer it's phone.

Once they answered the phone, they apologized for the inconvenience, and promptly put in an order to ship me a battery cover. they were quick and helpful, and i can't change the 4 star to 5, but i definitely reccommend hassle free cell.

Excellent Phone, as noted in other reviews, this phone is running a version of linux based software. Updated phone to Quad band - really increases signal reception. Also updated to ATT Edge network and 3G as well - just search online forums for the how to. Battery last a long time as long as the Edge and 3G network receptions are turned off (disabled). Not really a gamer, but there are numerous games that can be installed. Love the touch screen, the stylus makes texting faster than with conventional cell phones. Just wish this phone had wi-fi - the only thing missing.
