let down August 20, 2008 N. Bailey (Wise Co, VA. USA) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
i have one of these, oh god what a mistake. First, i loved it, i thought it was a great alternitive to a ipod, and if would have been if the software in it didn't stop crashing! If that wasn't bad enouph it would freeze and i would had to wait till the battry ran all the way down before i could use it again after it would stop working. Now the stupid thing don't work. The computer don't even know that i have it pluged in it. Now i know why the instalation cd has repair program with it, because the thing will work only some of the time. In conclusion this thing is a flop and i am awary of any devices like this.
Need a case for it!!! June 2, 2008 V. Brown (Texas) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I like the little thing, but I can not seem to find a case for it. That is my only complaint. Overall good product if you are just looking for a basic MP3!

Battery problems? December 11, 2007 M. Tayon (Tri-Cities, WA United States) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
The player is nice, looks nice, and is small, but the battery is internal, literally, and cannot be accessed so far as I can see or tell, to replace later on (rechargeable battery's do eventually need replacing!), as it it is rechargeable, and charges when the unit is plugged into the USB port of your PC. Also, menu navigation is really hectic, as buttons on player are so close together you find yourself doing a lot of back tracking to get back to where you need to make a right turn so to speak :) We will definitely pay more attention and check features even better next time we purchase an MP3 player, this is our first :(
