Amazon.com Product Description The Griffin iClear hard-shell case provides invisible polycarbonate protection for your iPod Classic. Strong enough for the daily abuse of an active lifestyle, the transparent and unobtrusive design protects the iPod with a tough, polycarbonate two-piece shell. And yet, you have total access to the iPod's control wheel, audio jack, on switch, USB port, and LED. Installation is quick and easy--the iPod drops into the iClear's front casing, and the rear section snaps into place. What's in the Box: iClear case, static peel screen protector, and premium cleaning cloth.

Mine was used. January 6, 2009 E. Otoide I don't know about everybody else, maybe I was just unlucky, but mine came used. The outer package was obviously previously opened. The inner package was scotch taped closed. The case itself had obvious wear, small scratches and smudges. On top of that, it is supposed to be a 2 piece case; a front and a back. I got a back and a front...and then there was another back crammed in the package.
Breaks on impact. December 6, 2008 Carlos A. Romero If you want this to protect your ipod from impacts on hard floors, think again. After one drop onto the concrete, the bottom portion cracked. It's also really tough to remove without causing the plastic to crack. And dust seeps in extremely easily under the screen. Do not buy.
nice case November 23, 2008 Xiaomeng Huang (USA) This case works nicely with my 120 GB iPod. Although it is a little bit thicker than my iPod so that the iPod sometime shakes slightly in it. But it is not a big deal for me.
Great for protection, but has some downsides October 11, 2008 C. McAllister (Denver Metro Area, CO) I really like that the case covers the screen well, and keeps the back from getting scratched. The bottom of the case is flush with the docking connector, so it is a great case for people who constantly dock your iPod. But if you never use a dock (like me) I feel like the bottom is left open and I am afraid of leaving it in my pocket and getting lint stuck in the connector. The open click-wheel design is nice but it also is susceptible to dust and lint (although I have never used the Belkin case with the wheel cover so I cannot compare usability). I think it was a great investment for $11!

The ipod case for the 80G is awsome. It protects the ipod. It is a must have and it dose the job.
