This product took a while to get on and get in place, mostly because of the material, but also because it DOESN'T fit perfectly. It was okay because of the price (including the rebate I'm supposed to get back, we'll see), but it doesn't look 100% clean, which is what the iPod and Apple in general is all about, and what, personally, I like my audio setups to look like. I have my iPod on my dash along with my Sirius receiver, another MP3 player, and my CD player. It looks clean and professional, so to have this case on it, takes away a bit from that.
I can't complain because of the price I got it for. The black case does help it not stand out as much, which I like, because at night I don't want someone breaking into my car. I just don't like how around the screen, it's wavy and does not sit flush against the iPod. Obviously from being pulled and stretched, but it's ugly and annoying.
I realize beggers can't be choosers when only spending $2.60 after the rebate comes back (though it's one of those shady rebates that seems to be missing or hiding information to keep people from submitting them... instant rebates are the way to go, Belkin, makes people happy). Still though, I don't think I would spend $10+ on this case. I would probably go with a hard case or a different brand. I also missed the screen protector, so I am going home and seeing if I can find that in the packaging like the above review states. Maybe that will make a difference. If so, I will edit...

Very nice product. It has a good feel to it. My once slippery ipod is now easy to handle.
FYI, unlike a prior reviewer, it DOES have a screen protector. It is just not attached to the silicone. It is loose in the packing and easy to apply after you read the printed tabs. I almost threw it out thinking it was packing material...then I realized it was part of the case. I suspect the other reviewer discarded the screen protector without realizing it.
This would be great for a woman who leaves her ipod unprotected rattling in her purse.
Very nice. Highly recommended for the 120 gb Ipod classic.

I have this case for my iPod classic it fits great. It has a really great looking finish and you can tell the Belkin put thought into all the contours and overall shape. I can access all the buttons on my iPod that I need because the case has openings in all the right places. Amazon shipped it to me really fast! Maybe it is just me but black always looks the best on my iPod .

[...] Once received, I found that the sleeve did fit but was quite loose and did not protect the screen at all. It's a good start if you want to protect your ipod classic with something that is inexpensive, easy to grip and hold, not bulky, and has opennings for most accessories. (Control wheel is completely covered but there is no inerference with fuctions.) However, I would strongly advise prospective buyers to shop around a bit more before buying this, or any similar product. Ipods are an investment, and clearly, you do get better protection when you spend a bit more time and money for it. I've made do with this sleeve for now but have already purchased another item that I am sure will prove better overall.
