Only a few radio stations come in good on my 3-year-old SUV, so I wondered how this transmitter would work. But for the price, I decided to try it. Upon removing it from the package and without any instructions, I was able to play my iPod through my radio. The sound is great, better than most of the stations that come through. I'm going to buy the charger that works with this for longer use. It does use up the battery on the iPod more quickly than regular use, but the charger should take care of that. Someone who reviewed said it only worked when pointed in the direction of the antenna. Mine works anywhere in the car. It's very easy to use.

I was looking for a FM transmitter for my iPod and found this one sale for a price I couldn't beat. Originally I wanted a transmitter with a dock, but I love the versatility of this one. Without cords and running off the power of the iPod, I can take this with me beyond my car and share the tunes of my iPod virtually anywhere. I've never ran into a problem with my iPod's power draining so very happy I went with this version.
Cons: You do have to have the iPod within a certain range of the radio. I haven't had trouble with this yet, but you can't have a radio in another room on, carry your iPod with you and not expect it to get some static.
Had very fast results from this seller and shipping was free! That's as good as buying from Amazon directly!

This works fairly well and I can always seem to find a station that it will use. It's easy to change the station and very lightweight. The only drawback is that I have a couple of IPOD cases that won't allow it to connect while it is in the case so I have to take the IPOD out while I'm using the adapator.

i say this brand and product is garbage i had this but white it sucked i had it before i got a car that had a alpine head unit with ipod interface first when the fm transmitter i hardley got any reception i had to have it really close to a factory head unit would say belkin has the best fm transmitter besides geting a ipod interface for ether factory or aftermarket which i think is best the best three brands for after market head unites are alpine,pioneer,and kenwood if wanting to have a ipod for the factory check out [...] they make products for factory radios but just fm transmitter i would belkin is best

Awesome little add on, however it doesn't like anything bumping against it so my super cool purple "cover" had to go away. It is sensitive to how you hook it up, but still totally worth it. I can go to any room in my house and turn on the radio and listen to my ipod! Even in the car... love it!
