Looking for a little protection for my 2g iPod Touch I saw this Silicone Case at a very low price on Amazon. It is easy to put on and take off. It keeps the scratches from developing. It can even be used as a belt case. This last point is one thing that I would do without because sliding a belt through the openings on the back of this case could scratch the iPod. Equally important is that these slits in the Silicone case are **always** open. Dumb.
The case is flexible enough that the volume and power buttons are usable. I cut off the small tab (using a utility blade) that was intended for dangling the Touch in this case from a small chord or chain. The thought of doing that seemed dumb because of the danger of dropping the Touch. This tab was also positioned on the left side partly covering the volume rocker switch. Dumb again!
Just be a protective Silicone case and this would be three or four stars for the price. Get rid of the slits and tabs!

I know when you read these things your thinking to yourself, 'oh, he just got a bad one, mine will be good'...blech- no!
the first review is obviously a fake posted by the company. 'exceed expectations'? yeah, because its crap. Its not broken, its just that it is a shaped balloon. thats it- its a SQUARE BALLOON in the shape of a case. this thing doesn't protect at all! its not worth it to pay for this crappy case. dont forget, theres shipping and handling too. just go to tjmaxx, or splurge a bit on this site and buy a $7.00 case- i KNOW! 7 WHOLE DOLLARS!
no, but seriously- crap. by a pack of balloons. at least you get more for your buck.

Got this one because of the style and two because it was so darn cheap. Looking at this image though I'm noticing I did NOT receive what was pictured... It kind of has a weird design and there is a hole at the top of the case which I'm not sure what the point of it is. Besides that annoying fact it works well.

This product has exceeded all expectations. I bought this simply as a very cheap silicone case - THE cheapest on Amazon, and what I received is a high quality case that is now my main iPod accessory.
It is good quality, well packaged, and contrary to some of the reviews - has the WiFi antenna and power button holes cut on the right place. It also has grips on the side, which are REALLY useful, and there's a belt loop on the back.
This is the best case you could get for that price.

It totally meets my expectations - a really nice silicone skin. I was surprised really how thin it is.
