My new home stereo is driven by my Iphone and the Altec Lansing speakers, it sounds great, I love the remote and the charging capability. I new ahead of time to order the base adaptor from AL for the Iphone so I had it before the system and it works awesome.

The Altec T612 has great sound and a functional remote at a very reasonable price. The only issue I have is that my ipod "Classic" doesn't fit in the cradle. Fortunately, my wife and daughter have Nanos that do fit so in the end I can hear their music, however, I wish I would have known because I would have gone with another product.

The Altec Lansing T612 Speaker is awesome. Has excellent sound quality, nice touch with the bass and treble adjustments. The remote is also a nice touch. Works great as a charger.
Delivery and packaging was excellent along with delivery.
No cons to this product.

I purchased this product to play random iTunes and Pandora music while charging my iPhone G1. I am pleased with the good quality sound that it offers and the stylish look that accents the iPhone lines. The cost is a great value compared to other brands which was my main concern. (If you want to purchase the BOSE Sound Dock it is not made for iPhone. I just happened to win one in a raffle and it gives a compatibility error when connected. I recommend the Altec Lansing T612 Digital Speaker for an iPhone.
