I bought 2, for me and my sister. The Ilive boombox is very good so far. Speaker is clear and loud, Receptions are good for my needed channel. It is easy to carry around the house. Only 2 things I don't like , the handle should made it fold down, it blocked the on-off and Am-Fm buttons, its hard to touch. The wheel turn the channel , it is hard to stop for the right one. I gave 4 stars

I bought this for my little sister for Christmas. She loves it. We have several iPod docking stations in my house and she prefers this one. It is compatible with many iPods, has loud, clear volume, and the extras like the clock and radio are awesome.

The sound quality on this is really, really bad. When I play my ipod, there's static/feedback on every song. My ipod plays fine everywhere else so I know it's the boombox. I am just having bad luck with this particular brand and I won't be purchasing anything from them again. I had to return a previous radio, and am returning this one also. Thankfully Amazon has an easy return policy!

I got this boombox last Christmas as a present from my brother. This is a great sounding system for 40 dollars, and its slim, functional and fits nicely on my bedside table. I use this thing every night to listen to podcasts. So if you're looking for a cheap iPod speaker with great sound, this is a really good choice

I purchased this for my 8yr old son for Christmas to go with his 4th gen nano. The sound is great and it even has bass. The controls are just like using a cd player. This is a really good buy!
