Something went wrong somewhere June 4, 2008 D. Wilson (Indianapolis) I bought 100 of these on sale, I thought Sony, should be good. How wrong I was. I've had a high fail rate, about 3 of every 5 disks. I've had no problem with the red hp or verbatim disks. If I try something other than those 2 again then I'll buy the smallest quanity I can, see if they work first before buying 100. Not even good coasters :-(
Never had a problem June 2, 2008 B. P. Moran (New England) I've bought several 50 spindle packs of Sony discs over the last couple years, and never had a problem. Only once or twice has a transfer failed, and I have no idea if it was a disc or a burner issue. 99% is a pretty good success rate.
the best April 22, 2008 Puma (Nashville) Sony has the highest quality dvds, with the lowest error rate that I've found. I was looking for the best deal and found it at Amazon!
Good disks but bad writing surfaces April 6, 2008 Cameron W. Geeting A labeling space would be appreciated..it's a minor detail but brands such as HP have a space for labeling a disk neatly.

I tried 3 out of the container and they all failed to recognized by my Sony drive; "please insert a compatible disk." I had no problems using the fuji, memorex or Staples disks.
