5 out of 5 stars Excellent, reliable, zippy drive :)   October 3, 2008

This drive is solid. Performance is great, It is built well, although obviously all drives need to be handled with care. I've taken a liking to this drive, I've liked Iomega products since my 100MB parallel-port zip drive.. that thing was beyond indestructible!!

5 out of 5 stars I dont know why I waited so long to get one?   October 1, 2008

This external hard drive is excellent; I can copy material from home and transfer the material/pictures to my PC at work. It works great I had a stick drive 2gIG it just got me mad because of never enough room. I literally removed all my files from my 80Gig hard drive in my PC and now are carrying them with me. Great product just plug n play. And it looks cool when you get it out at someones house to show your pictures.

5 out of 5 stars Just what I wanted   October 1, 2008

I was looking for a portable drive that had a bit more character to it than a lump of metal. And this was it! Technically it's very straightforward and works very well. I've had no problems connecting it to any of my PC's. It's nice and small so I can throw it into the laptop bag or a coat pocket. And its rather nice looking!!

5 out of 5 stars Nice Hard Drive   September 30, 2008

I needed an extension to my storing abilities and thought I would try this iomega product. Works as advertised, very easy to setup - no power cable and that helps. The back of my computer is spaghetti junction anyway so I liked the single cord. Nice and small drive as well that does not get hot enough to fry eggs on - also a plus. Hopefully it will last for a few years. Seems as if you need to put all of your data on some sort of "hard copy" anyway - hard drives can die. But this makes access waaaayyy easier. Overall very pleased with this product.

5 out of 5 stars Practical....and smart looking too   September 27, 2008

Any stuff is good if it does what it's supposed to and so does this. Of course I was impressed by the 'torture test' review of this product where they dropped it from 15' on concrete and drove a Chevy Tahoe over it and it still worked. I'm definitely not trying anything like this, but feel more confident about the safety of my data.
