Without question this is one of the most delightful collections of music I have ever had the pleasure of hearing. Each time her voice comes on in Ce He Mise Le Ulaingt?/The Two Trees I feel taken away to another place. Light some candles, pour a glass of wine, and enjoy.

Fabulous music from an incredibly talented artist! I have listened to her music for a very long time. She never disappoints. Loreena and the musicians she works with are gifted and original.

I am a fan of Loreena McKennitt and really loved the Book of Secrets. This is a good CD, but not as good Book of Secrets.
Great CD, Great Artist November 21, 2007 Rachel Stevens (Ramstein AFB, Germany) My dad has all her CD's and i often heard him listening to them when i was younger. I stole this CD from him and listed to it non stop in the even to help me sleep. She is SO relaxing and this CD is a great mix.

The first time I bought this CD was from some kind of therapy store. I was walking by the storefront while they were playing the disk. I couldn't pass on this so I just stood and listened. At the end I asked if I could buy it, and ended up paying close to $30 US for this ! Folks, back then gasoline was only $1 per gallon. I agree with the previous reviewer describing the "Dark night of the Soul" as the vortex of the CD. And couldn't agree more with the other reviewer's "borrowing technique" : I've bought this CD 3 times already because it kept went on missing ! To whoever took it, I don't blame you. Spread it out, share it with your love ones. Don't listen to me, go download the song and listen for youself. And I'll bet you'll want a hard copy afterwards.
